How To Increase Your Vitality

When we experience vitality it's felt through every cell of our being.

We feel pumped up, energized and excited to take on the day. Our bodies while relaxed, are also engaged. Our minds are active without the stress and anxiety. When we tap into that feeling of vitality, we're in touch with that "zest for life" that you've been hearing about everywhere.

As I've tried a lot of different practices to feel better in my daily life, I have found a few things that can help me stay at the top of my game - even when I am feeling like I got hit by a bus.


(And a nice bonus! When you feel more vital it typically means you'll look more vital too, because how we are feeling on the inside shows on the outside.)


Here's a few tips that you can add into your daily routines.


Get Moving

I believe that moving your body is one of the top ways you can tap into that feeling of vitality. You can do this, no matter where your body currently is. 


There's a physical activity out there that's right for everyone. Yoga, walking, running, dancing, music, stretching, working out - any one of those things will help get the blood flowing. 


Pick one of these things that peaks your interest and give it a go for 10 minutes a day. Especially if you're feeling worn out! Moving is an incredible away to increase vitality.


Break The Routine


By trying new things regularly, time becomes more memorable. Every time you put yourself in a new situation, your brain will be forced to quickly understand a unique set of circumstances, process how to handle those circumstances and develop a new set of skills. This will help stimulate creativity and brainpower which contributes to vitality.
